ERICA CARRUBBA

Being born in California and growing up in Rome, Erica has always been surrounded by an environment where art drives all aspects of culture. She developed an early interest in portraying a theme through visuals and the power of colours. This passion for colours led her in 2017 to start ESC Magazine which focused on creating atmospheres through colour palettes to trigger sensorial reactions.

After freelancing as a creative director for fashion stills, she started being intrigued by moving images and began experimenting as a filmmaker. Erica is now remotely attending her last year at Central Saint Martins and would like to invest her time into learning the technical aspect of film.

The role of the DIT combines all the things she loves: being on set, working on the creative visual aspect of film and experiencing the magic of live image manipulation.
